* WHAT IS UTAH'S BEST KEPT SECRET? IT'S NOT THE SNOW, IT'S THE SAUCE!



Well, it all started in 1939 when Shady and Jen Lowder opened Shady's Cafe in Fillmore, Utah. Their motto was "Where The West Eats Best." The Greyhound bus stop was at Shady's and life and business was good. Over the years they created some great recipes and Shady's sauce was at the top of the list. It was kept as a well guarded family secret. The sauce was hand made, then sold and taken all over the world. Great on beef, poultry, fish, rice, potatoes...all kinds of food. We're sure you'll find more uses. Shady's Cafe closed in 1973. Shady and Jen are gone now and we, as a family, hope you enjoy this original sauce!
